West Midlands Metro has announced some great news for regular customers by offering a £10 Direct Debit payment reduction in September.
Existing Direct Debit customers don’t need to do anything with the reduction being automatically credited to their account in September but, providing they register before 19 August, the offer is also open to new customers who switch to Direct Debit payments. The normal monthly Direct Debit rate of £67 will resume in October.
Director of Operations, Carl Williams said: “We’ve already outlined some better value general fare changes, but this is our way of saying ‘thank you’ to our most regular passengers at the same time as welcoming new customers. We’re looking forward to an exciting future as we significantly expand our network to serve even more locations.”
