Work to tie-in the existing track to the Birmingham Eastside extension and replace track on Corporation Street is nearing completion. As the works enter the final phase, there will be the following changes to our normal timetable:
On Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 October, trams will terminate at St Chads from 21:30 until the end of service
From the start of service on Monday 18 October until 07:30, trams will terminate at St Chads
On Monday 25 October, trams will terminate at St Chads from 21:30 until the end of service
From the start of service on Tuesday 26 October until 07:30, trams will terminate at St Chads
Trams will operate a frequent service between Wolverhampton St George’s and Bull Street outside of these times.
Metro tickets and passes will continue to be accepted on the following National Express bus services to reach the affected areas of the city centre:
9, 12/A, 13/A, 23, 24, 82, 87, 126, X8 and X10.
