West Midlands Metro customers are being offered the opportunity to share their views on the region’s tram network – and the chance of winning £50 worth of Amazon vouchers!
Anyone completing an online survey at bit.ly/TramSurvey by November 29 will be entered into a free prize draw for vouchers from the online retailer.
Vicki Bennett, Metro Customer Service Manager, explained: “The views of our customers are vitally important to us and we always welcome their feedback on the services we provide.
“By taking part in our survey, which only takes a few minutes to complete, they can let us know how we are doing whilst giving us an insight into the reasons they use the tram, helping us to shape our service for the future.”
