West Midlands Metro Tram on tracks outside of a building in Birmingham

Advertising

West Midlands Metro is the region’s popular and growing tram network.

We have external and internal advertising opportunities available for local and national clients.
Here is why:

The Metro operates through some of the busiest areas in the West Midlands, including Snow Hill, Corporation Street, Grand Central, Broad Street and Five Ways all of which are in the heart of Birmingham, plus The Hawthorns in West Bromwich and Bilston and St George’s in Wolverhampton.

Our network carries over 8 million customers a year, drives 2.5 million kilometers a year and is entering a period of major expansion which could see these numbers increase to 30 million and 2.5 million respectively! So brand exposure is guaranteed!

External Advertising

The West Midlands Metro fleet currently consists of 30 trams, 5 carriages long. External space available include a full Tram wrap or T-Bar wrap and other types of interactive advertising.

Internal Advertising

With around 25,000 customers using the Metro every day, there are plenty of ‘eyes’ attracted to internal messaging. We have internal coving panels to use (between the top of the windows and ceiling) and wall spaces close to the doors.
